Dear Friends:
Last week, students from various New Haven Public Schools packed approximately 700 backpacks that will be sent to children Haiti in partnership with the organization Remedy. In addition to toiletries, first-aid kits, food and clothing, each bag contained a letter of friendship and support that the students wrote as part of their French classes. The New Haven Public Schools also collected over $600 for Haiti relief. Thank you to everyone who donated to this cause and a special thank you to New Haven Public School students who participated in this effort.New Haven Neighborhood Quality of Life Survey The first-ever quality of life survey is now being conducted in New Haven.
